These terms govern your use of the Stellar Rise website and any services provided by Stellar Rise Enterprise ("Stellar Rise," "we," "us"), a sole proprietorship registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). By booking an audit, signing a proposal, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Stellar Rise provides done-for-you LinkedIn ghostwriting and organic audience growth, conversion landing page design and build, and the free Founder Authority Audit. Full scope for each package is described on our Services page and confirmed in writing before work begins.
Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance; one-time engagements (Proof Sprint, landing pages) are invoiced per the agreed schedule, typically 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Late payments may result in paused work until the account is settled.
For active retainer clients: if your LinkedIn impressions have not grown within 90 days of consistent publishing, we will keep working at no additional cost until they do. This guarantee is conditioned on you reviewing and approving content on the agreed schedule so we can publish consistently — the guarantee does not apply where delays in approval prevent consistent publishing. The Rise Guarantee is tied to impressions and reach; it does not extend to leads, clients, or follower counts, which depend on factors outside our control. The remedy under this guarantee is continued work, not a cash refund.
To deliver results, we need you to: review and approve content in a timely manner; provide accurate information about your business, offers, and voice; and give us access to the accounts needed to do the work (e.g. LinkedIn profile access, scheduling tools).
Once an invoice for a deliverable is paid in full, ownership of that specific content (posts, landing page copy and design) transfers to you. Stellar Rise retains the right to showcase anonymised results and excerpts of delivered work in our portfolio and marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing.
We treat information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose your business details to third parties, other than as needed to deliver the service (e.g. to Calendly or FormSubmit, as described in our Privacy Policy) or as required by law.
Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes beyond the Rise Guarantee described above. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Stellar Rise's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a retainer after its minimum term with 30 days' written notice. We may pause or terminate services for non-payment or if you provide information that makes the engagement unworkable (e.g. instructions that would require misleading claims).
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
